The success of your project is our priority. Any changes requested beyond the agreed scope will be communicated and approved before proceeding. Additional work will be charged at an hourly rate of $100.

Payment is required according to the schedule outlined in the quote. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Work and licensing rights may be paused until payment is received.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in concepts, draft designs, working files, unused concepts, and final artwork remain the property of Toru Whaa.
Upon full payment, the Client receives the rights outlined in the agreed quote, which may include an exclusive or non-exclusive licence to use the final approved artwork. Copyright ownership remains with Toru Whaa unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While a commercial licence is active, Toru Whaa will not use, licence, sell, or reproduce the licensed artwork for another commercial purpose.

Toru Whaa retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
